The 2023 venue offers a unique opportunity to take in a professional baseball game, a behind-the-scenes tour of the Cowboys AT&T Stadium, or play in the annual golf tournament. These optional pre-meeting events require a longer hotel stay but offer great team-building and networking. The ticket fees will be included at checkout. We have a minimum group (20) requirement to secure the quoted rates for the game and stadium tour. If there is insufficient interest, your fees will be refunded, and we will contact you to adjust your hotel reservation.

Golf Tournament - Monday, April 24th - 8 AM ($185/pp)*

Sponsored by Hawk Measurement America, the annual tournament will be held at the Tierra Verde Golf Club. Tournament fees include the round, access to the driving range and putting green, roundtrip transportation, breakfast, lunch, and prizes.

The Industry Forum will be held at the Live by Loews Hotel. The discounted group room rate is $259 (+ taxes and fees) per night. MCAA will make a reservation on your behalf and send confirmation details closer to the event. Please do not call the hotel directly to make your reservation; they will refer you back to us.
