The 2023 venue offers a unique opportunity to take in a professional baseball game, a behind-the-scenes tour of the Cowboys AT&T Stadium, or play in the annual golf tournament. These optional pre-meeting events require a longer hotel stay but offer great team-building and networking. The ticket fees will be included at checkout. We have a minimum group (20) requirement to secure the quoted rates for the game and stadium tour. If there is insufficient interest, your fees will be refunded, and we will contact you to adjust your hotel reservation.
This year's event is in the heart of the Live Entertainment district. This is a great venue to bring your family and have fun before the meeting. Remember to include your guests in the optional ticketed events above. The guest pass includes access to both cocktail reception events (Monday & Tuesday evenings). Due to the limited nature of the guest pass, business/staff colleagues must be registered as attendees.
The Industry Forum will be held at the Live by Loews Hotel. The discounted group room rate is $259 (+ taxes and fees) per night. MCAA will make a reservation on your behalf and send confirmation details closer to the event. Please do not call the hotel directly to make your reservation; they will refer you back to us.
The Industry Forum is well known for excellent networking events. Please help us plan by selecting the functions you will attend. Please note that we will not host dinners to allow you more private networking opportunities. A restaurant guide will be available, and reservations are recommended.
