Melissa Blashka – Vice Chairman | Treasurer

Melissa Blashka is the President of Cosasco. Formerly, she was Vice President and General Manager of Barksdale Controls, a subsidiary of Crane Co., where since 2015, she led the Industrial & Oil & Gas businesses with responsibility for the global strategy, growth and profitability of pressure, temperature, level instrumentation and valves with manufacturing in Vernon (LA), Germany, and China. At Barksdale, Melissa led the transformation of the business from mechanical to digital and led the development and implementation of numerous processes to improve speed of customization and effectiveness of channel management.

Melissa holds a BS in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

She was elected to the MCAA Board of Directors in 2019.
