KromAmericas was founded in 2020 to improve access to authentic Kromschröder combustion products across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. With growing demand in key industries such as heat processing, thermal manufacturing, and energy, the long lead times from overseas logistics had become a critical bottleneck. After Honeywell acquired Elster in 2015, supply challenges intensified due to extended transatlantic shipping timelines from Germany. KromAmericas was formed to eliminate this obstacle by placing inventory in a centralized U.S. location.
