MCAA has created a Workforce Development Committee of members who are passionate about the critical need to attract new talent to our industry. Shortly a page on this website will be devoted to the Toolkit of information and resources that they develop. Until then, the first resource is a whitepaper authored by Gary Miller, President of Miller Resource Group. Gary’s company is in the recruitment business and is an Associate member of MCAA. His experience, however, in creating a partnership with the local state university is easily translatable by MCAA member companies to set up a variety of partnerships with local schools from elementary through graduate engineering schools.
