Teresa Sebring – President

Teresa Sebring has been a driving force at MCAA since 1997 and advanced through nearly every role over her nearly 30-year career. Appointed President in 2016, she has led MCAA to 200 member companies while maintaining a remarkable 95%+ member retention rate. Teresa has spearheaded initiatives including a technology training platform, a partner search tool, a leadership program for the next generation of industry executives, and expanded the reach of the annual meeting to 300 attendees.

Known for her collaborative leadership style, Teresa fosters a team-oriented environment and delivers personalized attention to every member organization. She oversees all aspects of operations, communications, marketing, and strategic planning, continually adding value for MCAA members.

She holds a BA in Business Management from Christopher Newport University and is a lifetime member of Gamma Phi Beta Sorority.
