Eliminate Conflict & Hold Others Accountable
Build Trust, Drive Engagement & Lead High Performance Business Relationships

Agreements, we make thousands of them. For a group of people to accomplish anything meaningful together there will need to be a lot of agreements. As a result of all these agreements, it is highly likely that an agreement will be broken. Now what? When an agreement is broken our confidence in that person goes down. What restores confidence is an apology. What if there is no apology?

Addressing a broken agreement in a non-confrontational way that strengthens a relationship is a skill that is vital to leading a team of people. When not addressed correctly these issues can destroy engagement, morale, productivity, motivation, and retention. In this presentation participants will learn, when faced with a broken agreement, how to create an environment where the broken agreement can be addressed and confidence restored. Rooted in sound psychological principals you will learn a “script” for addressing broken agreements that will increase your confidence as a leader, reduce your stress, and raise the game of everyone that works with you.

• Address a broken agreement quickly before it festers.

• Address broken agreements in a way that doesn’t damage the relationship.

• Build a culture of accountability by addressing broken agreements.

• Remove emotion and increase your confidence.

• Address resistance and gain commitment to change initiatives.

Coaching & Delivering Effective Feedback
The Fastest Path to Improvement, Engagement & Retention

Leaders, managers, supervisors, and bosses are put in charge of a team for one basic reason and that is to get the team to perform at a higher level. If the productivity of a team is not greater because of the person placed in charge of the team, then a tremendous opportunity is missed. Providing each member of the team with both positive feedback and improvement feedback is the fastest path to improving overall performance. In a study by Gallop employees that work for a manager that can provide effective feedback have a 93% chance of being engaged. That is extremely high for being able to execute one skill really well.

In this session leaders will learn how to deliver positive feedback effectively and how to overcome the obstacles in the way of delivering positive feedback. They will also learn how to provide improvement feedback in a way that changes behavior for good. Retention, engagement, and productivity are all at stake when you are providing feedback to someone. Learning how to do this well might be one of the most important skills you will ever learn.

• Master the #1 most important skill related to employee engagement.

• Learn why positive and negative feedback should never be delivered together.

• Learn what words and phrases to never use when giving feedback.

• Deliver improvement feedback in a way that drives improved performance.
