What’s Next for Oil and Gas?
Demand contraction and a price war have thrown oil and gas markets into disarray. Until the coronavirus pandemic subsides, forecasts are guesswork. Still, two messages seem clear: A new form of oil-supply management must replace the “OPEC-Plus” system now in shambles. And when global economies revive, as they will, oil and gas will retain their prominence in an energy system destined for transition. This presentation will address an historic upheaval in an industry vital to post-contagion economic recovery.

Guidance in an Uncertain Economy
Special Note: This will be a LIVE simulcast 90 minute session (2:00 – 3:30 PM EDT).
Never has it been more critical for company leaders and key decision makers to have a clear, impartial, and data-driven perspective of how factors such as COVID-19 and oil price volatility will impact the economy moving forward, and what they should be doing in response. This session from ITR Economics will help you determine the best course of action for the most important part of the economy – you and your business. We will:
- Look at a system of leading indicators proven to signal cyclical turns in the economy and markets.
- Present the outlook for the market segments most important to your industry.
- Assess interest rate and other financial market trends, including the latest information on stock market performance.
- Consider your 3,5, and 7-year planning needs and talk about the 2020s and how you should prepare for challenges and opportunities.

Recent global events have caused industry leaders to take quick action and think outside of the box. Business practices have been forced to change to accommodate what is now the “new normal”. These changes include how companies sell products. What once was optional is no more. During this session, we will discuss what it takes to have a successful e-commerce presence in our market-space, including how to handle some of the specific challenges faced when trying to sell industrial instrumentation online.
