A few tips for participants…

  1. Chrome and FireFox are the preferred browsers for Attendee Hub.  Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge will not work correctly.
  2. Daily login to Attendee Hub is necessary.  Click the link below, then enter the name and email used to register.  Retrieve/enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your email (check spam and junk folders).  Code will be sent in less than 1-minute from the platform.  Bookmark the following URL for easy access: 
  3. Do not logout of the platform during the day to avoid the need for a new verification code.
  4. “Join Session” buttons will display on Attendee Hub, 5-minutes before a session begins.
  5. Sessions will not be recorded or available for on-demand viewing.
