Widespread product shortages due to COVID-19 have catapulted supply chain breakdowns to the front page in recent weeks. From the worrisome dearth of PPE and ventilators in American hospitals to shoppers’ scramble for (and hoarding of) toilet paper, disinfecting wipes, and groceries, the race to obtain necessities has affected nearly everyone. What have caused these? What can firms do in the short and medium term? How should firms build resilient supply chain for the long term?

The war for talent is escalating. Some organizations are ill-prepared to handle the challenges of an increasingly complex labor market, shackled by the “we’ve always done it this way” mentality. Others are thriving, armed with analytical insights and surrounded by allies, allowing them to snap up highly performing “impact players” and supercharge their growth. What kind of an organization are you? More importantly, what kind do you want to be in the future?

This presentation will deliver key insights designed to help business leaders and decision makers elevate their talent-focused activities. The session will:

  • Peel back the curtain on recruitment and stress the need for partnerships and alliances
  • Identify the key elements that make an organization attractive to top talent
  • Share best-in-class hiring strategies including metrics and practices
  • Convey the top factors that drive talent retention
  • Deliver practical and actionable advice on what businesses can do to become better at attracting, hiring, and retaining workers

Regardless of what you have of value, it still has to be sold. What are you selling? Yourself, the reputation of your company, your expertise, just to name a few. What impact would it have on your results if you embraced the concept that selling must be a core competency? This concept may be outside your comfort zone and that’s ok. Or maybe you have some of it, but you could be better?

Join us as Jared Lockwood from Sandler leads an interactive workshop with approaches for building an elite sales culture. This information is useful for Business Owners and Sales Managers who want to grow their sales, hire the right sales talent, maximize the results of their existing sales team, and stop wasting time and money on salespeople that don’t work out.

Take a break and recharge for the last session of the day.
