The health and safety for our event attendees, guests, speakers, sponsors, and staff is of the utmost concern and priority. Below are FAQ’s and resources to view regarding our commitment to safety. Our safety protocols follow the recommended CDC Guidelines for events and may be subject to change based on national and local restrictions and recommendations. Mayor Andre Dickens - February 25, 2022 - End's City Indoor Mask Mandate - READ HERE

Friday, February 25, 2022 - The Centers of Disease Control & Prevention (CDC), released new masking guidelines.  Based on the new system, Fulton County (Atlanta, GA) is in the "GREEN/Low" zone and masks are not required in indoor spaces.  Visit the updated CDC information and tools HERE.

In addition, Altanta's Mayor Andre Dickens, lifted the mask mandate for indoor spaces on Friday, February 25.  His announcement can be found HERE.

The hotel recommends but does not require masks in public spaces.  It is the guests choice.

Please note:

  • We will continue to monitor these guidelines closely and provide timely updates accordingly
  • We will have masks and hand sanitizers on hand at the event for anyone who wishes to take one
  • All hotel and event staff including front desk, banquets and audio visual will be wearing masks at the event

No, we do not require anyone to receive a vaccination to attend our event.

Your safety is our #1 priority and because so, WE commit to the following:

  • Following CDC guidelines, government and venue requirements and recommendations
  • Allowing for proper social distancing within all event spaces
  • Providing masks and hand sanitizer for anyone who wishes to take one
  • Enhanced cleaning and sanitizing procedures for the event space

Event FAQ's

When we move to a sell-out status, registrants are automatically added to the hotel waitlist.  If a room becomes available, we will assign reservations on a first-come, first-served basis.  We cannot guarantee a room, so we recommend you have a PLAN B.  There are several hotels within 2 miles of the host venue - REVIEW HERE.  We recommend securing a refundable cancellation in case we can move you.

No, we will take care of that. Provide your arrival and departure dates during registration and we will make a reservation on your behalf. This will ensure that you receive the discounted room rate of $259 + taxes and fees per night.

This year's venue provides a great selection of optional events.  Early arrival is required, but worth the stay,

Sunday, April 23 - 1:35 PM  First Pitch - Texas Rangers vs. Oakland A's MBL Baseball game.  Tickets are all-inclusive and include the game, all-you-can-eat food, and soda/water.  Sorry, alcohol is not included.  $50/pp

Monday, April 24 - 8 AM - Golfers will tee off at the Tierra Verde Golf Club.  Hawk Measurement America sponsors this year's event.

Monday, April 24 - 2 PM  - Private VIP Tour of the Dallas Cowboy's AT&T Stadium, No matter which NFL team you route for, there is no argument that the stadium is a sight to be seen.  In addition to the public areas, we will also have an engineering tour and hope to see some of our instrumentation at work.  Tickets are only $25

 

We recommend business casual for the Industry Forum. The spring weather in Texas should be perfect for lighter clothing during the day. We do have some outdoor access so don't forget your sunglasses and a light jacket which may be needed in the evening.

Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is located approximately 17 minutes from the Live by Loews hotel.

Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL) is an alternative. However, it is approximately 30 minutes from the host hotel which will increase ground transportation fees and commute time.

If you are ONLY attending the Industry Forum and not participating in any pre-meeting events (baseball game, golf tournament, stadium tour), you should plan to arrive on Monday, April 24 prior to 5:30 PM CT. This will ensure you can participate in the Welcome Reception.

Attending the Texas Rangers baseball game? Arrive SATURDAY, April 22 or SUNDAY MORNING, April 23 prior to first pitch (1:35 PM CT).
Playing in the Golf Tournament? Arrive on SUNDAY, April 23. The bus departs the hotel at 7 AM Monday morning for the golf course.
Joining the Dallas Cowboys AT&T Stadium Tour? Arrive on MONDAY MORNING, April 24 before 12 PM CT.

The Industry Forum will adjourn on Wednesday, April 26 at 11:30 AM. We recommend an early to mid-afternoon flight so you do not miss out on any of the final day sessions.

Yes! Guests are welcome. The guest pass is $130 and provides entry into the Welcome Reception on Monday, April 24th and the Happy Hour Reception on Tuesday, April 25th. Due to the limited nature of the guest pass, business colleagues and team members cannot be registered as a guest. All options are available on the registration page.

Yes!  Enter the ticket quantity for your preferred events during registration and we will invoice you accordingly.

The ballgame tickets will be distributed electronically via the MLB app prior to the game.  All participants will receive detailed instructions as soon as they are available.
