No. The Nashville, Loews Vanderbilt does not offer ground transportation/shuttle service.

Since the Loews Vanderbilt is sold out, we recommend that you check out hotels in the area.

The closest hotel is the Hyatt House Nashville at Vanderbilt located at 2100 Hayes Street, Nashville.

We recommend business casual for the Industry Forum.

Industry Forum attendees should arrive by 4 PM on Monday, April 27. This will ensure you can participate in the Welcome Reception.

All golfers must arrive on Sunday, April 26. Early arrival is required to ensure your participation in the annual golf tournament. The bus departs the hotel at 7:00 AM Monday morning for the golf course.

The Industry Forum will adjourn on Wednesday, April 29, at 12:30PM. We recommend a mid-afternoon flight.

No, we will take care of that. Provide your arrival and departure dates during registration and we will make a reservation on your behalf. This will ensure that you receive the discounted room rate of $309.00 + taxes and fees per night.

Important: The MCAA staff handles all aspects of your reservation process for the host hotel. We will contact you if changes are required or issues arise. If you are contacted by anyone that says they are calling on behalf of, or representing MCAA, do not engage and report it immediately.

To cancel your registration, please contact Rebecca Moore at moore@themcaa.org. If you have a reservation at the Nashville, Loews Vanderbilt, the MCAA team will cancel that on your behalf.

To avoid hotel cancellation fees, all cancellations must be received 48 hours in advance of arrival date. Any fees incurred by MCAA will be passed along to the cancelling attendee via separate invoice following the meeting.

If you cancel your registration and are not staying at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel, you are responsible for canceling your private hotel reservation.

Cancellations received on or before April 10 will be eligible for a full refund. Due to contractual obligations, no refunds will be issued for cancellations received after April 10.

Mayor Andre Dickens - February 25, 2022 - End's City Indoor Mask Mandate - READ HERE

Friday, February 25, 2022 - The Centers of Disease Control & Prevention (CDC), released new masking guidelines.  Based on the new system, Fulton County (Atlanta, GA) is in the "GREEN/Low" zone and masks are not required in indoor spaces.  Visit the updated CDC information and tools HERE.

In addition, Altanta's Mayor Andre Dickens, lifted the mask mandate for indoor spaces on Friday, February 25.  His announcement can be found HERE.

The hotel recommends but does not require masks in public spaces.  It is the guests choice.

Please note:

  • We will continue to monitor these guidelines closely and provide timely updates accordingly
  • We will have masks and hand sanitizers on hand at the event for anyone who wishes to take one
  • All hotel and event staff including front desk, banquets and audio visual will be wearing masks at the event
